At Choco & Dough, we care about our customers and want you to shop with confidence. Our Bakery Refund & Return Policy is set up to give you clear guidelines in the event that you are not satisfied with a purchase.

We make all of our cakes, pastries, breads, and chocolates to order, but if in exceptional circumstances you are sent an incorrect, damaged, or spoiled item, you can request a replacement or refund. We recommend that customers inspect their orders when they are delivered or picked up and notify us if there is a problem within 24 hours. Refunds are only made after scrutiny of the claim and verification of the fault. For online payments, the refund is credited to the payment mode used initially within 7–10 working days. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund is offered through store credit or direct payout. Note that customized cakes, personalized products, and bulk purchases are typically non-refundable except in the case of a valid quality issue.
